Consultant: Ms. Joe recently joined Gray & Company and has over 15 years of industry experience. Lisa has extensive experience working exclusively with providing investment consulting services to Institutional Multi-Employer plans. She was also responsible for managing over $80 billion in search activity for over 300 plans. Prior to joining Gray & Company she was a Vice-President with Citigroup's Wealth Planning Division where she was responsible for providing estate and investment planning services to ultra high-net worth clients. She was also a 401 k plan administrator for a 3rd party TPA in Augusta, GA where she was responsible for providing annual compliance testing, 5500 tax reporting, and maintained 401k plan records while adhering to federal compliance regulations. She holds a BS degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Minnesota and an MBA with an emphasis in Marketing and Financial Derivatives from Loyola University Chicago. She is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Georgia and a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals. She is currently an adjunct Economics faculty professor for the University of Phoenix School of Business. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. She is the founder and former board member of Warm Spirit Homes Inc., a Non-Profit Organization that provides affordable housing for the under served. She is also the author of The Ultimate and Economical Guide to Establishing and Managing a Non-Profit Organization. She currently resides in Atlanta with her husband and son. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and volunteering for various charitable causes.
