LAURENCE O. GRAY
President & Chief Executive Officer: Mr. Gray established Gray & Company in 1991 as an independent registered investment advisory firm specializing in consulting to institutional tax exempt clients across the country. Mr. Gray has more than 29 years experience in the investment management industry; where he has worked with corporations, municipalities, authorities and other institutions. Prior to founding Gray & Company, Mr. Gray held various senior level positions in the investment industry at the firms of: Smith Barney, Oppenheimer & Company and Morgan Keegan. Mr. Gray is a member of the Michigan Association of Public Employees Retirement System (MAPERS), the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA), and the past chapter treasurer and Board Member of the National Association of Securities Professionals (NASP). Mr. Gray also serves on numerous community and civic boards including the Atlanta NFL-Youth Education Town / Boys and Girls Club, the Loyola University Museum of Art and is past Chairperson of the Rialto Theater Center for Performing Arts and past board member of the Goodman Theatre. He is a graduate of Georgia State University with post graduate work in financial analysis.
