Director - Finance & Human Resources: Ms. Giddens has been working in the financial services industry for 13 years. Despy is responsible for financial operations within Gray Investment Services including accounts receivables, accounts payable, payroll and benefits services. Before beginning her career in the financial services industry, Despy served as Property Manager for Multi-Family Housing for 12 years, and as Supervisor of Property Managers at Cornel, Inc. During her tenure in Property Management, she was responsible for accounting functions, managing daily operations on each property, and inspecting units to maintain compliance with Quality Standard Living requirements set forth by the department of Housing and Urban Development. Despy studied General Studies at Gordon College and Georgia Military College.
