Senior Research Analyst: joined Gray & Company in 2010 as an Analyst with the Manager Research & Due Diligence Team. Prior to joining Gray & Company, Mr. Williams interned at a global alternative investment advisory firm, where he performed manager research, due-diligence and investment research. Prior to that, he worked for two Fortune 500 energy companies in various engineering, project management and finance positions.
As a Senior Research Analyst, he conducts investment research and assists on asset allocation. He researches alternative investments including hedge funds, timber, private equity, real estate and other investments for inclusion in portfolios of public plans, unions, foundations, endowments, health care funds and insurance companies. Mr. Williams received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, a MS in Finance from Robert Morris University, a MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA in Analytic Finance, Economics and Strategic Management from the University Of Chicago Booth School Of Business. He holds the CAIA designation and he is a CFA Level II candidate.
